At Novum, creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment is part of everything we do. We want every client to feel relaxed, confident, and completely looked after from the moment they walk through our doors.
Across both of our salons, we take a thoughtful and consistent approach to hygiene and wellbeing, so you can simply enjoy your time with us.

All tools, equipment, and work areas are carefully cleaned and prepared between every client
Hand hygiene is maintained before and after each appointment
High-contact areas are regularly refreshed throughout the day
The salon environment is kept clean, calm, and well ventilated where possible
If You’re Feeling Unwell
If you’re not feeling your best, we kindly ask that you contact us to rearrange your appointment.
This helps us to take care of everyone in the salon and ensures you can fully enjoy your visit when you’re feeling your best.
In-Salon Environment
You may notice a few small things in place throughout the salon, such as hand sanitiser available for your use and a continued focus on cleanliness and care.
From time to time, members of our team may also choose to take additional precautions. This is simply part of how we look after both our clients and our team.
