Can I bring my own earrings?

For hygiene and healing purposes, we only use Caflon-approved sterilised earrings during the initial piercing process. Once your piercing has healed, you are free to change to your own earrings.

Your Ear Piercing Aftercare Advice

Proper aftercare is essential to prevent infection, reduce irritation, and promote healthy healing, helping you enjoy a comfortable experience and long-lasting results from your new piercing.

Avoid touching your new piercings with unwashed hands.

Apply aftercare solution to front and back of piercing morning and night.
When applying aftercare, twist piercings side to side 2-3 times to avoid sticking.
Avoid hairspray, shampoo, conditioner, soap etc.
When shampooing, rinse the ear thoroughly.
Do not remove the Caflon earrings for 6-8 weeks (lobe), or 12 weeks (cartilage) before changing them.
Keep ears dry after swimming/bathing/exercise.
Do not push the back of the earring further onto the post – it is in the correct position.
Only wear post-type earrings for the first 6 months of the piercing – no hoops/dangly earrings.

Some pain and discomfort is normal and should calm after 48 hours. However, if you find you are getting undue pain/swelling/redness, please contact is or seek medical advice.
