For You (The Referrer):
Once your friend redeems their discount, you’ll receive a £15 reward voucher on your account, which can be applied to your next appointment.
For Your Friend:
New clients will enjoy 10% off their first appointment at Novum when they mention your full name during booking and at checkout.

The reward voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and will expire after 6 months.

Cancellations & Reschedule Policy
Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be done 48 hours prior to your confirmed appointment.
Failure to follow our cancellation/reschedule policy will result in –
Any deposit paid for the service being cancelled will be non-refundable or transferrable.
A cancellation fee, up to the full amount for the service booked, will be charged.
Late Policy
In the event, that you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, this will be treated as a cancellation.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, most major credit and debit cards. For larger amounts and packages, we also offer the option to pay via PayPal.
